- Sending save the dates, wardrobe planers, E-invites, countdowns etc. to the guests.

Collecting all the necessary information from the guests like their travel itinerary, IDs,
driver/nanny/helper details, if any.

Creating and sharing the rooming list in the format shared by the hotel with all the necessary
details.
- Preparing the logistics sheet as per the guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth transfers.

Arranging for cars/coaches as per the requirement and co-ordinating the pick-up and drop at
airport/railway station/bus stands.
- Arranging for valet and security services, as and when required.
- Luggage management at the venue.
- Welcoming of guests and shadow facility.

24 x 7 hospitality desk at the venue to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs and for handling all
guest queries, along with an emergency first-aid kit.
